I had a burst tyre due to large pothole

I could not avoid the pothole as there was a vehicle coming the opposite way and it burst my tyre. It cost me £180 to get a new tyre fitted and a 3 hour wait. I was alone in my car and very shaken. I am asking for compensation for my costs as the pothole was not marked. I have an invoice from the recovery people that I am happy to send to you.
