Vibrations in house when lorries drive past

Since moving to our property in March 2025, we are noticing on a daily basis vibrations when lorries pass our property when driving down Chester Road Whitchurch. Having looked at the road surface it is not smooth with many small defects starting which could be causing the vibrations in our home. I am concerned that if the road surface issues are not addressed I could end up with structural issues in my home.
