Lights stuck on red yet again

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14209718.

Lights stuck on red again. Just days after the last time I reported it. These lights are an absolute shambles and they have been there since January. Either do the work that needs doing or remove the lights that are making journeys difficult !!!!! I report them every week. Sometimes twice a week. Ridiculous!

  • We have looked into this issue and can advise that the work required will be picked up as part of routine maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    We will continue to undertake routine inspections in the meantime, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action. This report will now be closed.
