Numerous sizable rocks

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14209663.

Number 2 netherton lane, netherton house has place a number of sizable rocks/ small boulders on the road . I presume to stop people driving in the grass verge. I dont know if the grass verge belongs to them but the road dosent. They have caused some damage to drivers cars and is causing an issue biw that cars cat pass each other.
