Road surface issue

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14209597.

There are several potholes on the road that need sorting ASAP as very dangerous. The road is closed for line repainting which he says doesn't make sense and a waste of money. Why isn't the road surface being sorted first?
