  • A highways maintenance vehicle cutting the verge on the A49 between Ludlow Race Course and the Bromfield Road turn off heading toward Ludlow. The highways cutter was shredding, thereby multiplying, all the litter strewn along this stretch of road - polystyrene, cellophane, plastic bottles and cans and all the usual detritus . lots more pieces of rubbish all over the verge
