Entry/exit of mainwaring close dangerous in power chairs

Deepness of the curbs on the entry/exit to mainwaring close Whitchurch SY13 1FF is dangerous to electric wheelchairs. Please could you review this. Often takes multiple attempts and if I can get on the pavement am jolted into the wall and injured. Other side quite often has cars parked over pavements from nearby tennis club on event nights. Leaves users to have to travel in the road dodging traffic, which is dangerous. Manageable just about in manual chairs but not in power chairs. Please consider lowering. Many thanks
