Undercutting of edge of garden from erosion of banking to road

Reported via mobile in the Other highways issue category by Tim Limberger at 13:21, Thursday 16 April 2026

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14208527.

The part of my garden that borders Little Ness Rd is being undercut due to erosion of the banking to the road. Erosion is caused by a combination of heavy rain, wild animals burrowing and heavy, wide vehicles using the single track road. It may be necessary to improve the structural integrity of the banking to avoid further erosion and this ought to be assessed by the council, before significant movement occurs.
