Lights stuck on red again

Why are there traffic lights here? They cause more health and safety issues with their constant failure and people taking risks

  • I received an email saying the job is complete, I drove this road this morning the lights are still there one side stuck on Ref the other not working at all, once again having to risk driving through with oncoming traffic coming the other way

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
