Large pothole on previously repaired area

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14208028.

There is a large pothole that is part of a previously poorly repaired hole. It is approximately 12 inches square and about 3 inches deep and very dangerous both to cars and cyclists.
