These bins are left out on Westmorland Mews footpath……and never returned to gardens. 2 have been left over 2yrs full to the top no stickers every purchased! They belong to residents in no1,2,3 in Glendower court and number 1 in Westmorland Mews. They are an obstruction on a public footpath.Also blow over in the winter and other residents collect the refuse. Needs addressing please
