Edging of road is falling away

Been here for years yet nobody does anything about it. It is now at the stage where a vehicle track needs to balance over it but it also now displays a pipework also.

May I suggest someone studies the entire road for resurfacing as patch repairs over the last 2 years have not worked and will cost tax payers more in the long run
