Lights stuck on red

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14207784.

Waiting at lights on Maesbury road industrial estate going towards the A483 and was waiting a significant amount of time. Lots of traffic coming from other directions including the junction by the Phillip Paul garage. But our lane of traffic not moving, other drivers seems to be concerned also as I saw people turning around. When I got to the light they appeared to be stuck on read and other drivers seemed to think so too as they went on red. Think they need checking as may cause an accident.
