  • Severn Trent have opened this manhole up and it is ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that it is not theirs. I spoke to them while they had the manhole up. It is for surface water and is yours. You must send an engineer out to look at it and not send people round and round in circles over and over and over again. (Severn Trent do have one nearby that is nearer to the middle of the road)
