Divets and uneven road surface

Yesterday I was travelling home on my motorbike and hit the section of the road shown in the photograph which due to the uneven surface and the divets in the road it pulled my motorbikes front tyre off to the left which has caused my to have a big crash which resulted in my bike being a complete write off and myself spending 7/8 hours in hospital last night, having X-rays and a CT scan done, also being in a head and chin strap to the bed for 4 hours. I have cuts all over my body and was given morphine as i’m currently unable to weight bare of my right leg due to the accident. I have a photo of where it sent me, my bike, body injuries and the damage caused to my bike.
