• Still no response to this report, the pathway that runs across our driveway and along the perimeter of fence on Tarporley Road is badly eroded and a trip hazard. There is increased footfall on the pathway due to new housing estates, the uneven path makes it difficult for wheelchair users, prams and walkers.

• We have looked into the matter you reported and
  our investigation shows that no further action is
  required at this time.

  We will continue to undertake
  routine inspections in the meantime, whereby
  notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for
