We have shamed the person responsible for tipping all the carpets and these have been removed. I am very cross with Highways/their contractors for not only checking this sign into what was my woodland, alongside traffic cones. I did report this to them some months ago. It is still there and is not attracting other rubbish. These signs are often left. They cost money which the council tax payer gets charged for. do contractors not check signs and cones on to a job and see that the same number are collected? I expect to see this lot gone, next time I go down there.
