Road surface errosion
Reported via desktop in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 10:09, Saturday 4 April 2026
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14207416.
The road around St George’s place has been neglected over many years, it is very dangerous and a health and safety risk/trip hazard/skid risk - especially because there is no pavement to walk on so all pedestrians have to walk along and in the road, there are huge potholes, loose Chipping and erosion down several layers causing ruts. Please send someone to replace the road surface. Shropshire council has a statutory duty to make repairs when they have been made aware of the problem, and could be liable to injury claims.
