Traffic management system fault

The traffic management system doesn't work as designed. The green function is illuminated for 3 to 4 car passage. During peak times I frequently queue back to Wayland Rd adding 20 to 30 mins to my daily commute. Some of the potholes have been addressed. Be sweet and put some effort in, my car C&U does not meet the road conditions!
