Speed bumps removed and placed off the road and onto paths

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14207325.

Previously reported faults with speed bumps not rectified. Public have removed them. Vehicles now speeding past areas that children congregate for school transport. Previous RTA with a child in this location now more problematic and risk to life increased.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
