Very damaged pedestrian crossing and road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14207070.

These holes have been here since I moved to Drayton which is over 5 years. I have damaged by tryes and twisted an ankle because there is no maintenance being done. The starts before the grove school and goes past the end of the school. Please can this been taken care of
