Temp lights not working one side

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14206836.

Road is a disgrace. Lights not working one side. What is happening here. No work looks to be carried out for months. These lights keep failing. I had to reverse back as my lights out and others just kept coming
