24 inch pothole in Church Street, Shifnal.

Reported via mobile in the Pothole in a road category anonymously at 15:31, Friday 27 March 2026

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14206752.

Please be advised that I have already reported the pot holes in Church Street, Shifnal and damage to my car. This has resulted in a new tyre and repair to my alloy wheel. As such I am seeking compensation for this damage. Two days ago I received confirmation from yourselves that the pot holes had been repaired but that was after damage to my car. According to your website I have to report this to you in principle and you send me a registration number so that I can detail my claim. Can you please send this to me without any further delay. My details are as follows: Alan Bowyer alanbowyer51@protonmail.com Car. BMW 530 GT, W7 ABO. home. 17, Stafford Avenue, Shifnal. TF11 9AN. Thank you.

  • Customer has phoned today chasing the reference for this pothole that was hit and damaged his car on 10/03/2026. He needs this to raise a pot hole claim for the damage, as although the pothole was fixed, it was not fixed until after he damaged his vehicle.

    Many thanks,
