I am writing to formally report a long-standing issue concerning a blocked street drain that has remained unresolved for over a year.

During periods of rainfall, water is unable to drain properly and accumulates across the street. This has resulted in persistent surface water, causing inconvenience to residents and posing a potential safety hazard to both pedestrians and vehicles.
