Concealed cul de sac entrance on bend in road.

We live in a cul de sac of 4 bungalows in Hinstock, unfortunately the entrance to the cul de sac is as vehicles come around a bend coming down from the centre of the village. It is extremely dangerous for us pulling out as vehicles come around the bend at such high speed despite it being a 30 mph limit. My neighbour was liaising with the parish council as speed bumps were being put through the village for safety and we requested that one be placed before the bend in the road, we were very disappointed that the work was completed in the village but no safety measures were put in place for us in Moat House Gardens. This is not just an issue with our vehicles pulling out, it is also for Pedestrians crossing the road, people with dogs and children from the estate behind us in Damson Way walk along the pavement to our cul de sac and leisurely cross the road, we tell them if we see them to cross as far back from the bend as possible due to the speeding vehicles, this is definitely an accident waiting to happen, we are very concerned and would really appreciate the council putting a speed bump on the road before the bend or any other safety measure.
