Neighbour is constantly overflowing black bin

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14206483.

There is a constant flow of rubbish being dropped and food waste being dropped on the street down diary close and on the grass verges as a black bin is repeatedly overflowing, it’s attracting mice and covering my own property with rubbish and food
