Stop Cocks Buried by Topsoil

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14206367.

Originally raised under 14203883 "Following work on Gains Park Way [TT021UIS1299-GPW] which finished on 18 Feb, the STW stop cocks all along Gains Park Way, about 200 metres either side of the junction with Squirrel Walk, have been buried in topsoil. Please check and take action." Customer doesn't accept that this is not the responsibility of Shropshire Council and believe that the repairs should be completed by Shropshire Council or contractors on their behalf. He believes that the reparation should be made by the contractor that carried out the work. Please contact the customer to confirm what is going to happen in this case.
