Large deep pothole

This has been caused by the road being flooded most of the winter due to the outfall pipe to the drain shown in the photos. This has been reported twice by a neighbour the work was actioned but nothing has been done. After heavy rain on 12/3 the road went from dry to flooded in 2 hours. This pothole is more dangerous when its flooded due to it being invisible! Smaller potholes are also forming also due to the flooding issue.
