Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14206193.

Contractor. Did come with new lamp post but not fitted please explain as this has been reported on numerous occasion’s by residents

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • Customer called back about this issue, he said that contractor came out with a new streetlight, but now it has gone again. He asked if they could have a light on here while the works are sorted out as the area is in darkness at the moment, without this light.
