Lorry pushed over cast iron bollards outside 8Bridge St & damaged pavement

At c 9.35am on Thursday 5th March a large lorry with a rigid body which was white and had no logo on the side was travelling N to S over Clun Bridge. I was upstairs in 8 Bridge St, heard the clonk of metal on metal, saw both bollards had been forced over by the lorry turning too close to 8 Bridge St, but was not fast enough to open the window & take a photo of the lorry registration. The lorry did not stop. There is a fair amount of damage to the pavement.
