Approx 10 bin Bags of rubbish dumped at side of old canal on Berwick Road. Two in the water causing pollution and wildlife hazard. Appear to be a lot of plastic bottles, cans and other refuse. Appear to have been there some time.

    One or two bags nearest the road have been removed, the rest are still on the bank and one is still in the water, pollution hazard still remains.

  • Still had not been completely cleared at the end of May. 80% still remaining...as per my previous update. I see some rubbish has been removed from Haughmond Hill today. Would have been a great opportunity to remove this stuff too. I'm away but our local whatsapp group mentioned the Haughmond incident.
