Grass and trees have overgrown and path is unusable so now everyone’s walking over my garden, which is now damaged

This was meant to be sorted in your NEXT PROGRAMME 2 years ago and now is over the path and now my front garden is ruined because people have to walk over my garden and is full of pests(rat/mice
