Pothole and drain sinking

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14205640.

This has previously been repaired and the work carried out was poor. The potholes have come back and are very dangerous as the are so close to the drain this is beginning to sink. this needs to be dealt with swiftly.
