Overflowing litter bin

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14205547.

Overflowing litter bin, not emptied in over 3 weeks. Been reported but still not emptied - what is taking so long to empty this bin. Other bins along the Longden Road have been emptied so not sure why this one is being missed - the team leader needs to remind the person emptying the litter bins that this bin is being missed. Rubbish is now strewn over the ground.
