Road uneven and full of Pot Holes

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14205536.

The road has had numerous pot holes filled over the last 18 months, however these last weeks due to heave machinery visiting the waterworks daily, the whole road needs to be resurfaced properly or it will be an ongoing issue.
