Pothole on edge of manhole cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14205353.

Large hole forming along edge of manhole cover, also on narrow bend so causing vehicles to swerve to avoid it. Problem is the hole, the sharp edge of the manhole cover and the narrow bend
