Drainage issue along whole length from corner to junction

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14205054.

Constant movement of water which I believe is probably a burst water pipe or a broken drainage system as the water is moving all day. Was dangerous in the winter as it caused thick ice.
