Highway visibility splay boundary issue

As per the drawing attached from the planning website when the development took place at next to long acres in Tetchill the estate road was given a visibility splay at the front of long acres to allow for clear view onto the road when entering and exiting the new estate road. This visibility splay is consistently being used to park on which is blocking view onto the highway and has caused many near misses. In the interest of highway safety the car parking on the highway visibility splay must be removed and parked on the owners driveway so that it no longer blocks the view onto the highway as it is severely dangerous
