2 large potholes on road by memorial garden and broken up tarmac by speed bump.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14204760.

The potholes are deep and worsening. Dangerous for vehicles needing to swerve and dangerous to pedestrians. I can see this has been reported multiple times. Previous repairs were unsuccessful and reopened very quickly. Please can you arrange repairs that will last. It will cost more in the long-term if not fixed properly.
