Manhole cover noise

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14204534.

Manhole cover on Newport Road has been making banging noise past week whenever a vehicle drives over it causing annoyance for residents due to being unable to sleep due to happening through the night as well. If its not Shropshire councils problem find the authority that deals with it. Severn trent were here couple of weeks ago doing works on it so maybe ask them? It needs doing so a reply of 'no further action is required' won't be acceptable.
