Serious depth and length of pothole in the highstreet oposite the chemists,dangerous with pedestrians within a metre if you lose control of vehicle going into the hole

I am born and bread in Broseley,these two potholes have been filled in badly on numerous occasions and lasted no time due to poor quality tarmaccing.Lots of damaged wheels and tyres,not heard of pedestrians being hurt yet thank goodness.
