Blocked Drain Along The Avenue

I am writing on behalf of Broseley Town Council regarding blocked drains along the Avenue. It started from the top of Wilkinson Avenue towards the Asda. They have been blocked for a while now and i have had a report that a residents dog had fell down it and got it's leg stuck because it is covered of debris so didn't know it was there. I would like to report this as urgent. Thanks
