I reported this issue in September 2025 - see reference 14184602. I received an email on 16th February 2026 advising me that this issue had been fixed. The issue hasn't been fixed - the drain is still clearly blocked. I've attached a photograph taken this morning. Please arrange for it to be cleared asap.
