Potholes filled in with bricks
Reported via mobile in the Loose chippings/ debris in the road category anonymously at 09:41, Thursday 5 March 2026
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14204194.
Hello. Someone appears to have filled in several potholes along Aston Road in Shifnal with bricks and smashed up masonry. Although this has reduced the issues for cars, I was nearly hit this morning whilst walking along the footpath with my dog with a piece of brick that was thrown up by a passing car driving over the pot hole. This needs cleaning up quickly to avoid damage from flying debris as it is a risk to cars, pedestrians and people’s properties nearby.
