Damage to side of the road causing a pot hole

This was reported a couple of years ago along with several similar problems along this stretch of road to Walcot. During wet weather motorists/cyclists/pedestrians etc aren't able to see the holes as they are full of water! please see my earlier report regarding the road needing to be resurfaced etc.
