Sign put by bin

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14204055.

Someone has put a sign by the bin outside Hairspray on the corner of Shropshire Street and The Old Armoury that says don't put dog poos in this bin. Its not a Shropshire Council sign can it be removed please as residents are concerned.
