Surface deteriorated & flooded, impassable

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203977.

This track is Highways' responsibility. It has ruts about half metre deep and floods for most of the winter so is dangerous to traverse, even on foot. Vegetation in summer also an issue. Needs drainage & building up so doesn't flood & ruts need filling in. Has got progressively worse over last 5yrs. If photos haven't uploaded properly I can send them by email, system didn't seem to work
