Decomposed leaf detritus across drains and curbs

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203942.

The entire length of Lexington Avenue on either side leaf to try to has built up to such an extent that is blocking the drains over and is a slip hazard. The rest of the estate has clean roads so it may be that this was missed off somehow.
