Following work on Gains Park Way [TT021UIS1299-GPW] which finished on 18 Feb, the STW stop cocks all along Gains Park Way, about 200 metres either side of the junction with Squirrel Walk, have been buried in topsoil. Please check and take action.

Customer is anxious for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as, if there is a water leak, he won't be able to access the stop cock.

No work has been carried out to solve the problem so far and my initial report was about footpath adjacent to Orsons meadow covered in mud that is extremely slippery this is still the case. As for stop cocks, a cover is missing from one stop cock which if someone was to step on could result in nasty injury as the hole is quite deep No updates have been given yet. It's been over two weeks since being reported
