Temp Traffic Lights, Road Cones, Signage

On Monday 23 February from 9-12.30 pm Scottish Power carried out work on the transformer in the field. Traffic Lights, Road Cones and Signage was installed at approximately 10.30 ish! The traffic lights have been turned round by passing motorists and are irrelevant as work ceased as stated above. Traffic is manoeuvring around the obstacles in the road. Has the potential to cause an accident.
